Run Devil Run was an exhibition held on the evening of November 20th, 2021 at the J & J Center for Night Life Remote Campus. A total of eight drawings by artist Neil Hancock were selected by the Center’s director, Mo Costello, to be installed at a former hair salon off of Route US 29 in Hull, Georgia. An accompanying essay by artist & writer Valentine McClain was distributed at the event. The work comes from Hancock’s drawing practice, dating as far back as 2016 and as recent as 2021. Costello and Hancock first collaborated in 2017 when he contributed to their Atlanta edition of NEWSPAPER magazine. Copies of NEWSPAPER (ATLANTA) were also made avaliable at the event.
